Basa Dance Troupe is a a group of young aspiring teens who dedicate themselves both in the arts of playing and dancing. It was founded by Maritoni Jane Refrea Basa, a dance specialist, a teen whose devotion and whimsical attitude lead to the creation of this assembly. Being founded on the 26th day of August, the day of our intra-school Sabayang Bigkas Competition, it was intended to be a leisurely time of enjoyment after such a stressful day. However, after countless sessions of dancing, we eventually became so attached to the game that it honed our reflexes, gave us stamina to last long in a game and formed strong bonds between its members. New members gradually joined in, pushed by the will to enjoy and spend time with their friends even in such difficult times. In accordance of being a student, we never forget our duties and responsibilities, as a studious student and a caring son/daughter.
The games that BDT plays
ParaParadise is a that game places players inside a cage of infrared beams. As the ascending notes reach the top of the screen, players attempt to perform a 'parapara' dance to a selected song, or they just break the beams with whatever appendage is handy at the time. Select a song, then go wild trying to break each beam in time to the music. Succeed, and you can continue; fail, and you will have to step down. You can also change modes. For Beginners, ParaPara mode. For Freestyling, you can choose either Normal, Hard, and Expert settings. There are also modes such as: Hidden (notes disappear halfway through), Hi-Speed (notes appear twice as fast), and Stealth (combine those two modes together). You can also play non-stop for fast games.

Dance Maniax is a game that utilizes your appendages. There are eight sensors total on this game. Generally you control four (two upper, two lower) of these. When you start a song, small circles rise to the top. When these circles hit the top, you hit the appropriate motion detector (by moving an appendage over or under it). For the pink circles, you activate the high motion detectors via a hand wave above the sensor. For the blue ones, you wave your hand or foot underneath to activate the low ones. There are also diffirent modes of difficulty such as mild and wild. Mild lets you play the game freely while Wild lets you play seriously. There are also optional modes such as cross and hidden. You can also modify the speed settings for songs. They come in 1.0x, 1.5x, 2.0x, 2.5x, and 3.0x values.
